Grease Traps

Our grease trap cleaning service will remove and dispose of restaurant trap grease from your interceptor system.  Grease traps should be cleaned when they are ¼ full of grease.  If a trap is not cleaned once it fills up the grease will then flow down your sewer lines causing buildup and eventually severe problems.

Floor Drains

It is crucial that floor drains stay clog free for safety and sanitary reasons. When a business or a restaurant experience a backup at a floor drain, this is usually a serious issue that you will want to be fixed as quickly as possible.  In the restaurant business, the floor drains are typically located in the food prep area, and a backup could shut down a kitchen until it’s fixed.  It’s a good idea to have preventive maintenance on all drains for commercial businesses but especially restaurants.

Main Sewer Lines

One of the most common problems we fix is sewer lines that are backed up or clogged. When the main sewer line has a problem, it can be dire and can cripple a business.  When a commercial sewer line is clogged, you won’t be able to use the sinks, bathrooms, or showers.  This makes for an unpleasant working environment and in the restaurant business can cause a business to close until the problem is fixed.

Kitchen Sinks

In a commercial setting, a kitchen sink is a vital infrastructure of a restaurant. Unfortunately, they can become backup frequently as food, debris, and grease run down the kitchen sinks. If you are experiencing a kitchen sink clog or want to set up regular maintenance, we can help.  We have been servicing commercial clients for more than 36-years.

Bathroom Clogs

Any bathroom that the public has access to can become a problem and get clogged. Customers and visitors will flush just about anything down the toilets and let all sorts of liquids and solids run down the sink. If there is a problem, your staff cannot handle, or you have a recurring issue with a bathroom give us a call.  We will send out one of our professional plumbers to clear the drains or sewer lines and get your bathroom back in working order quickly.

Stack Lines

When you have a commercial building that has multiple floors like a hotel, apartment, or a high-rise condo development stack lines are the type of drain system installed. Essentially the drains for each unit run to a more extensive section called stack lines. When you deal with multiple units under one building, the stack lines can get clogged. Our plumbers can come out to your location and quickly unclog the debris and get your plumbing back in working order.

There isn’t a straightforward answer to this, especially with a commercial building. The cost will depend on the type of clog, where the clog is located, and how much sewer line that needs to be snaked.
Yes, to help ensure your business has no downtime, we offer a preventive maintenance program. With our restaurant preventive maintenance program, we clean the drains, traps, and perform hydro jetting on the sewer lines.
Your floor drains should drain liquids just like any other drain. If you notice that water is not flowing correctly, you could have a clog caused by dirt, debris, or grease.
